决明子 (Semen cassiae)


另称草决明或假绿豆,是豆科决明属植物的种子。在中式传统医学,决明子对木元素 (肝与胆)与金元素 (大肠与肺) 的健康有益{Radix Rehmanniae; Li , 2000; and Lui, 2000}。

在传统中,决明子出现在许多有疗效的茶饮 以控制血压、血糖、血脂、及治疗痴呆症 {Hao et al., 2001; Cho et al., 2005; Kim et al., 2007}。

决明子润滑大肠的蠕动与排移 {Gao et al., 1993},因此可舒缓便秘所引起的自体免疫疾病。

一卷最新文献 {Dong et al., 2017} 诉说决明子有效滋润与舒缓肝脏与肾脏。它能够降低肝脏内的 胆固醇 与 三酸甘油酯 (硬化脂肪),并辅疗遭受酒精与毒素损害的胆脏。因此,决明子也从而修复眼睛的视力,尤其是肝与肾疾病所引起的 视网膜病变、视神经萎缩与白内障。
